Free-Standing Jib Cranes
Free-standing jib cranes are made entirely from shaped and reinforced steel sheet. On one end is a drilled flange for fastening to the floor using anchor bolts or chemical anchors and, on the other, two plates for supporting the jib arm. They have a wide slew range and are used where installing the arm on an existing column is not an option.
There are also free-standing jib crane models with an articulated arm allowing you to reach points within the work area that would be impossible to reach with a normal rigid arm due to obstacles.
